Video and Motion Imaging for professional photographers is here, and it's here to stay. Lucrative product lines utilizing video and motion imaging include web commercials, wedding films, birth-announcement and family films, senior music videos, and films for events. Primary video and motion imaging techniques include storytelling, camera movement, lens selection, creating emotion, audio, and editing.

Students use all of the tools and techniques to create professional videos including lighting, audio recording, synchronizing audio and video, backgrounds, and props Students shoot outside of the studio and produce a 3-5 minute video as part of their final project. Instructor Dennis O'Claire demonstrates video editing techniques in the dedicated video editing lab.
