Prior to joining Hallmark, Brooke earned her B.S. in Marketing from Franklin Pierce College in Rindge, NH. Immediately upon graduating, she began to put her degree to use as the Assistant to the Director of Marketing for a custom home builder in Western Massachusetts. There, she provided outstanding customer service as she continued to gain knowledge and experience in the sales and marketing fields. Upon joining Hallmark, Brooke's attention to detail, enthusiasm and passion to help others in pursuit of their dreams, made her an integral member of the Hallmark team. In her role as Financial Aid Administrator, Brooke prides herself on her in-depth ability to set families at ease and make the financial aid process manageable. With her warm and affable demeanor, she strives to make each prospective student and their family members feel relaxed and comfortable as they make their way through these important educational and career decisions.
