Racquel Sullemun,

Vice President, Student Support Services

Racquel Sullemun is Hallmark University’s Vice President of Student Support Services, reporting to President/CEO Joe Fisher. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the strategic objectives of the Office of the Registrar, Student Affairs, and Career Services & Industry Relations. These departments are dedicated to creating a structured support system designed to meet the needs of Hallmark’s students throughout their program and to successfully place them in their field of study upon graduation. In collaboration with the academic leadership team, Racquel and the Student Support Services departments endeavor to create a seamless transition for learners from matriculation to graduation.

Racquel joined Hallmark University in 2006 and served as Registrar and later Director of the Office of the Registrar for her first 16 years with the University. During that time, she also served as Director of Academic Advising and Student Services with the team objective to mentor and encourage every student beginning on their first day in orientation through the celebration of their commencement. Under Ms. Sullemun’s leadership, the Student Services department expanded services available to students including a food pantry, job placement with community partners, housing, insurance, childcare assistance, and additional services for students with disabilities.

While serving as University Registrar, Racquel completed four Hallmark University programs earning a Certificate in Accounting, AS in Business, BS in Business Administration, and BS in Business Management. She would later go on to complete her MS in Management and Leadership at Western Governors University.

Before joining Hallmark University, Racquel served as Assistant Director of the Lighthouse Charter School in Windcrest, TX and as a Preschool Teacher for Feed My Sheep Early Learning Center, in San Antonio, TX.
