Preparing for a career takes more than completing coursework. At Hallmark University, the Classroom to Careers Workshop is designed to help students turn their education into real-world opportunity by focusing on the skills and preparation needed to confidently enter the workforce.

Offered every term, the Classroom to Careers Workshop supports both mid-term students and those nearing graduation. By reaching students at multiple points in their academic journey, the workshop helps ensure career readiness is not a last-minute conversation, but an ongoing part of the Hallmark experience.

During the workshop, students participate in activities that mirror real professional expectations. Professional headshots give students a polished image they can use on LinkedIn and other career platforms. Mock interviews provide a low-pressure environment to practice answering common interview questions, improve communication skills, and receive helpful feedback. Informational sessions round out the experience by covering topics such as interview preparation, professional behavior, and navigating the job search process.

The Classroom to Careers Workshop reflects Hallmark University’s commitment to preparing students for long-term success beyond the classroom. By combining practical experience with career guidance, the workshop helps students feel confident, prepared, and ready to take the next step toward their future careers.
