A distinguished academic, Dr. Martinez holds an MBA in Organizational Management from American Intercontinental University, an MS in Organizational Leadership from Our Lady of the Lake University, and a PhD in Leadership Studies from Our Lady of the Lake University. His academic pursuits extend to minors in Cyber Security and other IT Technologies, reflecting a diverse and comprehensive knowledge base. With a history of instructing in various domains, Dr. Martinez brings a wealth of experience to his new role.
Dr. Martinez emerges as a natural leader within the School of Business, earning recognition and respect from faculty, staff, and students alike. Notably, he played a pivotal role in expanding the Character program within the School of Business and beyond, showcasing his commitment to holistic educational growth.
Beyond academia, Dr. Martinez’s 12-year service in the United States Marine Corps is acknowledged and appreciated, extending gratitude for his dedicated military contributions.
